The itty bitty dress

I found a little something to make with some of my hunky dory fabric I talked about here.

The itty bitty dress.

I found the free pattern over at Made by Rae. I made the 1-3mo size for my niece. She is 2 months old, but very slender {except for her chin} and long so I added some length with the bottom piece of contrasting fabric.

It's a very simple and quick dress to make. I did add french seams since I don't have a serger and didn't really want any raw edges inside. I think it turned out just darling and I will most definitely be making some more of these.

and just because the dress was so very cute and easy, I thought I'd make some tiny shoes to go with. The pattern for these can be found here {updated link...fixed now}
