I have been blessed with several offers to do giveaways and reviews for CSN stores over the past few months and I am more than happy to do it. This time around I will be doing a review, but I can’t quite decide what to review for you all. I really would like some new bowls. Big cereal/soup bowls. Which ones do you like?
Fiestaware. The 19oz cereal bowl.
I would love to collect a whole set of Fiestaware. It would most definitely have to happen a little at a time so this would be a good start. Currently I have all white dishes so they would definitely go together. I would do a mix of colors starting with tangerine, shamrock, peacock, turquoise {not shown} and red or maybe yellow. I love all the colors.
but then again, white is so classic and goes with everything and every occasion. I’m torn. I really like these BIA Cordon Bleu bowls
I also like these white bowls. The little wavy lines give them a nice texture.
What would you choose? I would love your opinion because I simply can’t make up my mind.
I’m know my bloggy friends can help me out because well……you are awesome like that!

Go for the Fiestaware. I have 12 colors (I even have a white set) and LOVE it! I never get tired of it. It's solid, so it will go with anything. It even makes me happy when I put away the dishes, because the colors are so pretty.

if i don't love something the moment i see it or try it on, it don't buy it...

I would get the white also. But if that is something you would normally buy for yourself, live a little on the wild side and get the Fiesta bowls. (They are awesome, my MIL has them.)

My vote would be WHITE for sure. I am partial to white dishes, we have several different patterns in our home and I think a white background creates a nice canvas for all the wonderful foods.
ReplyDeleteI love the wavy white ones, I am more a classic girl. Fiesta is fun but, I tire quickly of bold colors.
ReplyDeleteI love the Fiestaware! I think I may be a little bias though because that is what we use at our house! We have had ours for about 8 years and never had a single problem with it!
ReplyDeleteI really like the last bowl; the shape and texture isn't something of the norm...I know a lot of people really like the Fiestaware but those bowls remind me of the porcelain dog food/water bowls and the middle ones are just a little too plain and look like they are from Ikea as we have very similar bowls...bowls that were picked out when I was not home :o(
ReplyDeleteI saw your post and ordered the smaller (14.5 oz) Fiestaware for my puppy's dishes. They will be just the right size for her...I also found them a little bit cheaper at Amazon.com. I love Fiestaware, so I am a little biased, too!
